Vignerons Schmölzer & Brown Prêt-À-Rosé
Vignerons, Tessa Brown and Jeremy Schmölzer have created a delectable rosé based on the charms of Sangiovese and Pinot Noir. A barrel fermented wine, this is dry, savoury and hits the sweet spot of deliciousness and complexity bang on. There’s some texture and a mealy character that interacts with light red fruits and lick of blackberry, before a wash of fresh acidity, lees and barrel complexity keeps things in harmony. Super super drinking.
